How much is delivery?
Shipping to an Australian address is a flat rate of $15.95. This amount will be added to your order during checkout.

New Zealand: $40 United Kingdom: $60 United States and Canada: $60 Rest of the World: $60
*Please note these prices are in Australian dollars. The cost will be added to your cart at checkout.
How long will it take for my print to arrive?
Australia: Times cannot be guaranteed but are generally received within two weeks of order date. Once I have placed your order, my supplier will send you a shipping notice as soon as they are ready to ship your prints. If your order is more than two weeks without shipping notification please e-mail me at catherinegordonart@gmail.com.
Exchanges and Refunds
As a small business we will not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If your print is damaged please send Catherine an e-mail stating that you would like a refund or exchange as well as the reason why you wish to receive one. It is also helpful to include your original order details and a photo of the print and the packaging in this e-mail. Refunds will only be processed once the order has been received by Catherine. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. We will not accept responsibility of prints that go missing on return so we advise all customers to use a service that provides tracking. Please send enquiries to catherinegordonart@gmail.com.
Will my prints look exactly like they do in the frames on this web-site?
The frames I have used are called ‘mock frames’ and have been to provide you with an impression, rather than an exact representation, of what each print may look like in a frame or in a realistic setting. Please choose your size carefully and consider the shape of the print before purchasing.
Will my prints have name and watermarks on them as shown in display photos?
No. All watermarks will be removed. All prints come digitally signed with Catherine’s name displayed discreetly in the bottom right or left hand corner of print. The digital signature will not be as large as that shown in display photos.
Are the prints limited edition?
Not at this point. Catherine believes art should be for everyone. By providing open edition prints Catherine can provide quality art work at lower prices. When printing was new and in order to make their work more accessible, some artists such as Rembrandt produced limited edition engraving and etching prints. Print runs were limited as the quality of each image declined with each print. With digital prints and modern printing techniques, maintaining quality is no longer an issue.
What is Digital Art?
Many of the pieces in this collection are digital art. This means that Catherine has drawn them on her iPad. Digital art seamlessly blends creativity, technology and artistry. But what are the unique benefits of owning a digital art print?
1. Affordable Original Art with High Quality
Digital prints offer a more accessible way to own beautiful art. By eliminating some of the traditional costs associated with producing and distributing physical artwork, digital prints allow you to acquire museum-quality art at a fraction of the price.
2. Infinite Reproductions Without Losing Integrity
A key feature of digital art is that each reproduction is a perfect replica of the original. Traditional art prints can sometimes suffer from variations in color or texture but digital art ensures that every print reflects the artist's work with complete accuracy. Whether you’re buying your first piece or collecting multiple works, you can be assured that each print will stay true to the original, regardless of its size or edition.
